I had an older model pump in style and decided to upgrade to the pump in style advance. Away Baby had the BEST price I could find anywhere. In addition, I ordered my pump at 3 pm on a Thursday and it was on my doorstep at 10:30 am Friday. Great fast service. I love my new pump, the let down feature is the best! |

I had originally purchased the Medela Pump In Style Advanced and then bought the Freestyle so I could keep one at work and one at home. If I had a choice to do things all over again, I would have just bought the Freestyle. I love my new pump and can't believe I waited so long to get it. The Freestyle is much better in so many ways. Besides being lighter and easier to travel with it also feels a lot more comfortable. In my opinion it feels more like nursing my baby and so my milk flows a lot easier and faster. In addition, the new parts which are not interchangable with the Pump In Style parts are a lot easier to clean.
Seriously, if you're trying to decide between the two pumps, get the Freestyle. It's a little more expensive, but totally worth it. Also, get it from Away Baby Essentials - it's so much cheaper and the customer service is excellent.

I originally dealt with another company to rent a hospital grade pump. When I realized that my insurance would not pay for the rental, I asked could I purchase another pump. I had to pay to ship the huge rental pump to the company and pay for the shipping of the new pump which was only a $5 savings from the bigger stores like babies r us and target. The pump was not the best pump for my needs feeding twins so I spent $125 on a pump that only lasted one day.
I was fed up with the other company so I called AwayBaby and spoke with the nicest person. She helped me and sold me a double pump for over $100 less than larger stores. I use this pump every day. It is wonderful. I even received a personal email asking how things were working out.
So nice! Easy to work with and a very smooth transaction.
